Happy Friday everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic week and are gearing up for a great Halloween weekend. This weeks Friday Fancies is all about pretty pencil skirts. After Monday’s L.A Style post, I went a little crazy with my pencil skirt search. I was looking to add this piece in an animal print but I ended up loving this garment in a number of other fabrics. Could you blame me? It looks great in so many materials and I wanted them all. I absolutely love this garment! I mean what’s not to love, right? It’s incredibly easy to take from the office to a night out with the girls.

In my closet I have two pencil skirts in black and light grey. These are great basics to always have…but I think I need more. Truth be told, you could never have enough pencil skirts. With so many styles available in so many beautiful materials, how could you possibly limit your collection? From peplum, to lace to leather and metallics, this piece definitely goes way beyond the office. Here are a few of my favorites.
